1 1/2 lb Bonelesss Chicken Thighs
2 T. Mole Paste
Salt, Pepper, Season-All and Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with seasonings for 30 min. Remove chicken from broth. Mix broth with mole paste. Add chicken to mixture. Simmer for 15 min or to desired thickness.

Great served with spanish rice, borracho beans and corn tortillas.
