2 cups Minute Rice
1/4 cup Oil
2 cups Water
Salt, Pepper, Season-All & Garlic Powder to taste
1 Chicken Bouillon cube
1/2 sm can Tomato Sauce
1 Onion
1 Tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice in skillet with oil over med heat. Add water, seasoning, bouillon, tomato sauce, onion and tomato. Simmer over med heat until water dries out.

If desired, add peas and carrots.

Great served with Fajitas!!
