8 slices bread, trimmed and cubed

Place half of bread in 9x13 pan

Cube 2 - 8 oz. cream cheese and place on bread.
Add rest of bread on cheese.

Beat 1 dozen eggs and 2 cups milk.
Add 1/3 cup good maple surup.

Cover with saran wrap and let stand over night.

Bake unwrapped for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
