4 c shelled raw peanuts
2 T plus 2 t worcestershire sauce
2 T plus 1 t liquid smoke flavoring
1 T olive or peanut oil
1 T plus 1 t distilled white vinegar
1 T plus 1 to 2 t Tobasco sauce, to taste
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1 T plus 1 t kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 250. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place all the ingredients, except the salt, in a large bowl and toss until peanuts are well coated. Transfer the nuts to the prepared sheet in a single layer. Place in the oven and bake, stirring occasionslly, until the nuts turn a deep golden brown, 20-30 minutes. Remove from the oven, immediately loosen the nuts with a metal spatula, sprinkle evenly with the salt, and set aside to cool for at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
