1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 lb soft butter
4 eggs
1 large can pumpkin
1 can 5 oz. size evaporated milk
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tea. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped nuts, optional
Whipped cream for topping, optional

Directions:
Keep 1 cup cake mix out. Mix rest with 1/4 lb. soft butter and 1 egg with mixer. Press into 9x13 greased pan. Filling: mix pumpkin, 1 cup sugar, 3 eggs and cinnamon together. Beat 2 minutes. Pour in crust. Topping: Mix 1 cup cake mix, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup butter till crumbly. Add nuts. Cover cake. Bake at 350 70-75 min. Let cool 20 min. and serve with whipped cream.
