1 1/2 cups squash (cooked, drained and mashed)
1 egg
1/2 cup PET Evaporated Milk or 1/2 cup fat free half and half
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 stick oleo
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together except for the cheese. Pour into greased casserole, top with cheese and bake at 375.
