2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate.
Heat 1 inch lightly salted water to boiling. Add broccoli and cook about 5 minutes, drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. 35 to 40 minutes. Let set 5 minutes
