1lb. sausage-without casing
1lb. ch. meat
1 clove garlic-minced
1T whole basil
1 1/2tsp. salt
1-1lb. can tomatoes (2c.)
2-6oz. cans tomato paste
lasagna noodles
3C Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2T parsley
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. pepper
1 lb. mozz.

oven 375
Brown meat slowly, spoon off excess fat. Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer 30 min. stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles and drain and rinse
Combine rest of ingredients except mozz.
Place 3-4 noodles in 9x13x2 pan. Spread with 1/2 of cheese mixture,add 1/2 mozz.,1/2 meat sauce. Repeat layers
Bake at 375 about 25-30 min.
Let stand 10 min.
assemble early and refrigerate. Add 15 min longer baking time
