Pork bones- ears - tails or neck bones
1/2 lb. hot italion sausage
1 1/2 lb. Hamburger
Large onion
3 cans tomato paste
clove garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the bones and the Italian sausage and hamburger. Remove the bones.Saute the onion and garlic until clear. Add the tomato paste and for every can of paste use 3 cans of water. Add some basil, oregano, to taste. Add 1 T. sugar and a bay leaf. Cook all day.

This recipe also came from Sandy [ Connie's friend]. She is married to an Italian so it is a good recipe, they do not add the hamburger. But I put it in because that is the way we like it.
