2 eggs
3/4 c white sugar
1 1/2 c chopped dates
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. rice krispies

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs and add the sugar and dates. Cook slowly for 10 minutes in a heavy frying pan, stirring constantly. Take from heat and add vanilla and rice krispies. Cool. Make into balls and roll in coconut. Add nuts if desired.
