Ingredients:  
3 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 cup zucchini grated
Mix together and add
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Mix well and fold in
1 sm can (14 oz) crushed pineapple
Optional:
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup red cherries
1/2 cup gum drops
1/2 cup chopped nuts
