2-8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1-8oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4c. chopped green pepper
3T. finely chopped onion
1T. seasoned salt
2c. chopped pecans, toasted and divided

Garnishes: pineapple slices, marachino cherries, fresh parsley sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients, stir in 1 c. pecans. Cover and chill until firm.
Shape mixture into a 5" ball, roll in remaining 1c pecans. Place cheese ball
on a serving platter, and garnish, if desired. Serve with crackers and green
and red bell pepper squares.
