8 slices bread, buttered and cubed
11/2 c. diced cooked ham
3 lb. shredded sharp cheese
3 well beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. onion flakes
11/2 c. milk
1 can Cream of Celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 11/2 qt. casserole. Layer 1/3 bread cubes, then 1/3 ham cubes, and 1/3 cheese. Sprinkle onion flakes over layers. Continue to layer bread, ham and cheese. Mix together remaining ingredients; pour over bread mixture. Sprinkle a few bread crumbs over top.
Bake in 325 oven for 1 hour.
