Ingredients:  
4 cup cubed White Chicken
1 20oz can Sliced Water Chestnuts
2 cups Diced Celery
2 cups Toasted Slivered Almonds
2 lb Green Seedless Grapes
1 cup mayo
1 T. Curry Powder
2 T. Soy Sauce
2 T. Lemon Juice
1 large can Chunk Pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix: chestnuts, celery, almonds, grapes & pineapple
Mix: mayo, curry, soysauce & lemon juice
Mix: above two mixes - lightly add chicken

Serve on a plate of lettuce leaves with croissants.
Great for summertime brunches or showers.
