Crust:
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. butter

Filling:
4-1/2 c. rhubarb, diced
2/3 c. heavy cream or evaporated milk
6 egg yolks
4 tbsp. flour

Meringue:
6 egg whites
1-3/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mix ingredients together for crust and pat into a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 until lightly brown.

Filling:
Cook rhubarb and sugar in pan until juice forms. Mix in milk or cream, eggs and flour. Cook until thick and spread over crust.

Meringue:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 12 tbsp. sugar. Spread over entire dessert, sealing edges with the meringue. Place in 400 oven until lightly browned.
