2 pkgs Lemon Jello
2 cups Hot Water
2 cups Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello into water and congeal until thick. You may substitute 1/2 cup pineapple juice for 1/2 cup cold water.
Add:
1 #2 can Crushed Pineapple - drained
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup grated cheese
2 T. Lemon Juice

Fold into congealed jello and add 1 1/2 cup cool whip at the last.
