1 pkg Lime Gelatin
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1 pint Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts
1 cup crushed Pineapple
1/2 cup Salad Dressing
1/4 t. Horseradish - optional
1/2 pint Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan, dissolve gelatin in pineapple juice. Boil for 2 min. Cool. Stir cottage cheese, nuts, pineapple, salad dressing and horseradish into gelatin mixture. whip cream and fold in last. Pour into mold and cill.
