2 cucumbers
salt
rice vinegar
sesame oil
red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up cucumbers and salt down. Let sit in refrigerator at least 1-2 hours.Squeeze out juice. Add some sesame oil, vinegar, 1-2 tbsp. sugar. Add 1 -2 teas. red pepper. Refrigerate.
