1 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. marjoram
2 tbsp. veg. oil
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
I get a whole tenderloin and marinate overnight and grill the next day until it is done. I slice it thin to serve.

I have cooked this on the grill two days before and wrapped it in tin foil and refrigerate. When I am ready to serve, I will put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200F.
