1 doz. eggs
1 pt. half and half
1 pt. whipping cream
1 lb. sugar (2 cups)
1 pt. 80 proof Apple Jack Brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs, beat yolks until light and fluffy. Add sugar one tablespoon at a time.Add brandy to this, saving a little for the cream mixture. Whip cream then add half and half seasoned with brandy.Slowly add to yolk mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry, fold into yolk and cream mixture.
