1/3 c corn starch
2/3 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and add water until the batter is thick as in pancake batter. Cut up, carrots, potatoes, beef (cut in small strips),or chicken (cut in small strips) or shrimp. Use also can us green or red peppers.
Heat oil until it is very hot (I use a fry daddy) Put your meat and vegetables in the batter and cook until they are done.

Dipping sauce:
Soy sauce,
rice vinegar,
fresh ginger,
green onion.
