4 c Bisquick
1 - 8 ounce carton sour cream
3/4 cup club soda
Melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450.
Mix first 3 ingredients lightly with hands. Bring mixture together and pat down. Place on flour covered countertop and pat down to 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

You can also drop batter onto baking sheet instead of cutting with biscuit cutter.
