700 gram baby potatoes each cut into 4 wedges
Sprinkel with Mustard spice
Sprinkel with salt en pepper
250 gram mushrooms each cut into 4 wedges
2 tablespoons of brown onion soup and gravy powder
1 cup water
1 cup fresh cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Season the patatoes with mustard spice, salt and pepper. Toss with the mushrooms and dish tinto a large ovenproof dish.
Mix together the brown onion soup and gravy powder, water and fresh cream. Pour over the sich. Bake for 1 hour until nicely brown.
Variation:
Top the patatoes with 1/2 cup grated cheese Mixed with 1/2 cup fresh white bread crumbs into which you have stirred 1 Teaspoon butter or olive oil.
This mixture can be sprinkled over during the final 20 minutes of baking
