1 lb. crab meat
1 egg
1 heaping tsp. mayonnaise
1 handful crushed corn flakes
1 tsp. prepared mustard


Directions:
Directions:
Remove any shell Add egg, mustard, mayonnaise, corn flakes salt and pepper mix gently and form into cakes. Sauté in butter.
