1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
1 chopped tomato or sliced grape tomatoes (small package)
1 diced avocado
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 chopped red onion
3 tbsp. olive oil
splash of balsamic vinegar
splash of squeezed fresh lime
salt and pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Can
be served as a side dish or as a dip with Tortilla Chips.
