1 2 lb pkg Frozen Hash Browns
1 8oz Sour Cream
1 8 oz grated Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 can Cream of Potato Soup
1 can Cream of Onion Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in a large greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and dot with butter. Sprinkle with Parsley & Paparika.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
