1/2 lb. pork sausage
2 c. frozen hash browns
1 can( 10 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained)
1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in large skillet,drain. Add potatoes and tomatoes. Cook 5 min. Top with velveeta. Beat eggs and pour over cheese. Cover . Reduce heat to low. Cook for 12 min. Uncover and let set 5 min. Slice and serve.
