2/3 cup italian bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 T horseradish sauce (optional)

Piquant Sauce:
3 T brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard

Soak bread crumbs in milk; add meat, eggs, onions, and seasonings. Mix well and put in a greased loaf pan. Spread piquant sauce over the top.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
