2 cups self-rising flour
1 c whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients, stirring with a folk until blended. Dough will be stiff. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 10 to 12 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thickness cut. Bake at 450 for 10 to 12 minutes. This makes 32 small biscuits and 1 dozen large biscuits.

I used to do some catering and this biscuit freezes well and you can make them ahead of time. They make good country ham biscuits.
