1 15 oz can crushed Pineapple, undrained
16 oz box orange jello
2 c buttermilk
1 c flaked coconut
1 c chopped pecans
1 12 oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Place pineapple in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constanlty. Remove from heat, add jello, stirring until completely dissolved. Stir in buttermilk, coconut and pecans. Cool. Fold in Cool Whip and place in bowl. Chill until set. Keep refrigerated.
