1 stick butter
Juice of one lemon
1/4 c water
1 Med. onion chopped
1 clove of garlic minced
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. worcheshire
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. Chile powder
1 whole chicken cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add the other ingredients and simmer until the onions are clear. Pour over chicken Bake at 350 until done. I put this on the grill to crisp it up.
