1/2 c soy sauce
5 tbsp. sesame seed oil
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c water
green onions
ginger root chopped
pepper
1 to 2 cloves garlic

1 3-4 lbs round beef roast

Directions:
Directions:
Freeze the round roast. Mix the ingredients of the marinade. Take the roast out of the freezer and let stand about 1/2 hour. While the roast is partially frozen cut very thin slices. ( I use my electric knife)
Marinade for at least over night. Grill on the grill.
