4 ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup cucumbers, sliced thin
1/2 cup green peppers, diced fine
1/4 cup green onions chopped
1 1/2 cup tomato juice
1 10 oz. can beef bouillon
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. Chile pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and put in the refrigerator overnight. Serve with a teaspoon of sour cream or a lemon wedge.
