1 lb. bean sprouts
1/4 c veg. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce.
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 -3 green onions
2 cloves halved garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, soy sauce,rice vinegar with touch of pepper. Add onions and garlic. Boil water and pour bean sprouts into the pan for 1 minute pour into a colander and pour cold water over them. Put bean sprouts into the dressing and let sit for 2-4 hours.
