1 pound of corbina filet (or other white fish)
1 to 2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 to 2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 egg
cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 cup flour
1-2 Tbs. curry powder (use the amount of curry to according to your taste)
2 or more Tbs. coconut oil
2 or more Tbs. peanut oil

Directions:

Marinate the fish for about an hour. Drain the lemon juice and soy sauce off the fish filets. Mix the egg, mayonnaise and 1 tsp. of curry until well blended. Mix together the flour and curry. Dredge fish in mayonnaise mixture until well coated. Then, dredge the coated filets in the flour mixture. Heat the oils until very hot (not smoking). Fry the fish in the hot oil until well done - they will turn a lovely golden color.
