STEP ONE

1/2 c. butter
1c. flour


STEP TWO-On top of stove combine

1 15oz can of crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp corn starch,
1 tsp butter.


STEP THREE

Beat 2 egg whites til stiff
Add
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c. fine coconut.

Directions:
Directions:
There are three steps to making these squares. Follow directions for each set of ingredients.
STEP ONE
Rub together till fine. Pack in 8"x8" pan and bake till brown. (Bake on top shelf in oven).

STEP TWO
Place ingredients in saucepan on stove and thicken, cool and pour over first mixture in pan.

STEP THREE
Combine ingredients and place on top of mixture in pan and bake at 350 until brown or approx. 20 minutes.
