2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 lb butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of cream of tarter
Pinch of salt
8 qt. unseasoned popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, syrup and butter in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil. Boil 5 mins. Remove from heat, add baking soda, cream of tarter and salt. Immediately pour over popped corn. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Place in large roasting pan. Bake at 200 for one hour. Pour onto wax paper. Separate popcorn. Store in air tight containers or ziplock bags.
