1 cup water
1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli, cut in spears
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules

1 /4 cup sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water. Add broccoli and bouillon. Reduce heat and simmer until crisp/tender (about 5-8 minutes). Drain and place in serving dish. Keep warm.

Meanwhile, in a skillet saute almonds in butter and oil until browned. Add onions and salt and saute until tender.

Pour mixture over broccoli and toss to coat.
