4 pork chops
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp water
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp grated cheese (Romano or Parmesan or combination)
olive oil or vegetable oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Add water to beaten egg. Mix grated cheese and Italian bread crumbs. Dip pork chop in egg mixture and then in the bread crumb mixture. Dip in oil and then in crumbs again. Place on an oiled cookie/baking sheet. Bake at 350 (Thin pork chops approx. 30 minutes, Thick 45 minutes). Pork chops should be nice and brown.
