2 1/4 cup boiling water
1/3 cup milk
1/2 lb. uncooked chicken, cut in small pieces
1 small oinion, chopped (1/4 cup)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg (6 oz) seasoned long grain and wild rice with seasoning

Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in an ungreased 2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake 45-50 minutes or until rice is tender. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until liquid is absorbed.
