1/2 c. corn starch
1/2 c. icing sugar
1 c. sifted all purpose flour
1 c. butter (or margarine)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together corn starch, icing sugar and all purpose flour into bowl. (Have butter at room temperature). Blend butter into dry ingredients with a spoon until a soft dough is formed. Shape into balls about 1" in diameter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 1/2" apart. Flatten dough with lightly floured fork. Bake in slow oven (300F) 20 to 25 minutes or until edges of cookies are lightly browned.
