1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 T butter
1 chopped onion
1/2 of a green pepper, chopped
2 C cooked Minute Rice
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 (8 oz) jar Pimento Cheese Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli as package directs.

In skillet, melt margarine. Add onion and green pepper. Add just a little water so it won't burn while cooking.

Mix cooked broccoli, green pepper, onion, cooked rice and soup. Add Cheese Whiz. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 min.
