1 T Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb seasoning
3/4 C buttermilk
4 chicken breasts - cut into strips
3/4 C flour
1 T Mrs. Dash Original blend seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onion & herb seasoning with buttermilk in zip lock bag. Add chicken strips and marinate at least for 1 hour. Remove chicken from bag.

Mix flour and original blend in ziplock bag. Add strips to coat.

Fry in hot oil until brown and cooked throughout.
