200 grams thin spaghetti, cooked & cut into small pieces
400 grams crab meet
1/2 bunch cilantro, leaves & roots, finely chopped
6 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. plain flour
2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce [Asian]
2-3 eggs
vegetable or peanut oil
rice wine vinegar
roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
First, let spaghetti chill. Then combine all ingredients, except for chili sauce, vinegar & peanuts. Mix until firm and slightly sticky. Add crab last to preserve lumps. Roll mixture into balls in hand. Heat oil in frying pan and cook balls in batches. Brown on all sides. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with sweet chili dipping sauce diluted with vinegar, and add roasted peantus for presentation.
