1 medium to large onion - chopped
1 cup celery chopped fine
1 small jar diced pimento
2 cans cream celery soup
1 cup Heliman's mayonaise
1 heaping tablespoon curry powder
2 cups grated cheese

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together. Put into a 13 X 9 baking dish. I spray dish with Pam Spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.

Note - The curry powder is the secret to the success of this casserole. Also, you can add cubed chicken if you would like a meat in the dish but it is delicious without it.
