1 lb ground beef, 3/4 lb ground pork, 1/2 tsp salt, 6 rusks, 1/4 tsp pepper, 2 potatoes, boiled & mashed, 1/2 tsp allspice, 1 onion-chopped, 1/2 tsp sugar, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, butter.

Mix all together and add just enough milk to make into firm balls and saute in the butter. If desired, add enough water and flour to drippings for a delicious gravy.
