3 or 4 medium potatoes cooked, cooled and peeled
5 or 6 strips of bacon cut in small pieces
4 tsp. Vinegar
3 tsp. flour
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and shake together: 4 tsp. Vinegar, 3 tsp. Flour, 1 c. water. Add one small finely chopped onion. Cook with bacon which has been browned-until thick. Pour over cut-up potatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
