1 c. regular raw rice, uncooked
2 c. chicken broth or more if dish looks dry during baking.
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
4 chicken breasts
1/2 package of dry onion soup mix
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Spread rice on bottom of buttered 9 1/2 inch or smaller square baking dish. Add chicken broth and parsley. Place pieces of unseasoned chicken on top; sprinkle with onion soup mix. Spread with mushroom soup; sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at
325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cover and bake for 30 minutes longer.

And, because I am from the Midwest, I have to give you one recipe that includes "a can of cream of mushroom soup"..... (I think that this is the only thing that Shauna could cook for a year....) It's real easy to make but give yourself plenty of baking
time!
