1/3 C white sugar
1 egg
3/4 C. corn meal
1/4 C. of butter, melted
1 C. sour milk
1 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, sugar and melted butter. Add rest of ingredients. Let stand in cool place for 1/2 hour. Heat griddle and cook like panakes. Serve with butter and syrup.
