1/4 cup soy sauce,
1/4 cup red wine vinegar,
2 Tablespoons oil,
2 Tablespoons honey,
a couple of dashes of garlic salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a low glass or plastic dish. Place raw chicken breast pieces in the dish and turn the meat to coat it well with the marinade. Place the dish in the refrigerator for a minumim of 30 minutes before grilling the chicken. Marinading the meat in the refrigerator for hours or even overnight is best.

Discard the marinade as soon as you remove the meat for grilling. Never re-use the marinade at the table! It harbors bacteria from the uncooked chicken juices.
